  15. I am trying to use the CyberPhone program.  I connect to other users.  I can hear them.  They 
  16. cannot hear me.  We confirm the connection using the "Text" feature.  When I "Loop" to myself, I 
  17. can confirm the connection by the text capability but, voice does not work.

  19. My system is A Gateway 2000 P5 60, with a Gateway 2000 Telepath II v modem and a Gateway 2000 
  20. SoundBlaster 16.

  22. I am using a battery powered microphone as specified in the modem literature.

  24. I have sent an email message to CyberPhone but, so far, no reply.
